Professional Development Webinars 

  • Before the conference, you’ll participate in three virtual sessions focused on building your leadership toolkit and preparing you for success. 

Leadership Development Conference 

  • Join us at our Global Headquarters in Racine, WI (conveniently located between Chicago and Milwaukee) for a two-day immersive experience on August 12–13, 2026. During the conference, you will: 

  • Learn about SC Johnson and our internship program 

  • Network with leaders and Employee Resource Groups 

  • Explore career paths within Research, Development, and Engineering (RD&E)

  • Participate in leadership and professional development activities 

  • Interview for a Summer 2027 internship!

Who Should Apply? 

  • Current undergraduate students majoring in  Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related major with an expected graduation date between December 2027 – June 2028. 

  • Students who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
