We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern to assist the Innovation & Development team in delivering innovation projects for Haleon Consumer Health R&D.

Preferred Period of Internship Required: June/July 2026 - December 2026

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate students from Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences, Food Sciences and related disciplines.

The Intern will work under the supervision of the Wider Asia Innovation & Development Lead and collaborate with other functions of commercial, innovation, manufacturing, medical, regulatory, insights and R&D Scientists in the company to provide appropriate and timely input into our R&D projects.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be required to:

• Perform comprehensive, sophisticated and critical evaluation of technical data during product development phase.
• Coordinate discussion and close collaboration with cross functional teams and successfully integrate their inputs to charted key NPD milestone.
• Preparation of technical reports/ presentations.
• Assist Wider Asia Innovation & Development Lead in create technical and product understanding research plans to fit overall project deliverables.
• ·Supports the team with other miscellaneous product related project/ development activities when required.

Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning objectives:

• Learn about strategic product development with exposure to strategic NPD planning process and what it takes to launch a product in the market.
• Acquire a strong technical understanding on the requirements to deliver innovation.
• Gain hands-on in-depth analytical skills by researching, analysing and reviewing technical data information.
• Serve as the voice of the consumer when developing innovation opportunities.
• Exposure to highly matrixed environment and experience of partnering with different functional teams.

Education and Competencies

• Educational background – Undergraduates currently pursuing a Degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Engineering or related science (Food science).
• Language proficiency in both verbal and written English.
