About the Role

Supporting Technology, Digital and Analytic (TDA) by analyzing, designing, and implementing optimized processes using Generative AI to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance, to achieve Next Generation Servicing and Leading Customer Experience.

Strengthening Business Process Improvement through TDA and identify opportunities for Operational Efficiency and Quality of Service

  • Leverage on Generative AI to design innovative solutions that streamline workflow and automate repetitive tasks. Explore AI-driven process improvement models that align with organizational goals.

  • Assist with creating and updating documentation for AI models and processes, and support training sessions and workshops on AI tools and techniques.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. Additionally, participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new AI projects and improvements. Creation and customization of content to better serve Corporate Clients

  • Contribute in data augmentation and analysis and provide robust training data for GEN  AI chatbot

  • Generate and utilizing data analysis to identify and recommend process/ operational enhancements or new service propositions to improve customer service and experience. Support in designing “as if” and “to be” in customer journey transformation and process improvement. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders in implementing digitalization and self-help capabilities to achieve Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision in Joyous CX

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Section Head in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Applied Artificial Intelligence, Business AI or a related field.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Knowledge of AI Concepts: understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning principles.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a willingness to learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the internship, the intern will gain hands-on experience and develop key skills in:

  • Data Analytics – Acquire practical experience in generating, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to uncover key insights and trends.

  • Process Improvement & Recommendations – Learn to assess operational workflows and recommend enhancements or new service propositions to improve customer experience using data-driven insights.

  • Automation Solutions – Develop an understanding of automation tools and techniques, and apply them to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce manual efforts.

  • Customer Journey Design & Optimization – Gain experience in mapping and analyzing customer journeys, comparing “as-is” and “to-be” scenarios to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Innovative AI Solutions – Explore and leverage Generative AI and advanced technologies to design and implement solutions that streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and automate repetitive tasks.
