About the role

Key responsibilities

The inter will work closely with the Demand Analyst team to streamline processes, improve data quality, and contribute to the efficient management of demand analytics process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the creation, maintenance and updating of weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning reports.
  2. Assist in data visualization and presentation of demand trends for team review.
  3. Perform routine data cleansing and ensure consistency across different datasets.
  4. Ensure correct integration of master data between systems.
  5. Work closely with Demand Analyst team to understand reporting requirement and master data needs.
  6. Identify and suggest improvements to report generation, data entry and master data management processes.
  7. Assist in documenting standard operation procedures (SOP´s) for updating reports.

 

Qualifications and skills

  1. Active student of the 7th or 8th semester of the Career of  Finance, acting, logistics, administrative
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Basic understanding of demand planning and supply chain concept is a plus.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Intermediate English.
  8. Hours 8am-2pm
