About the role

Key responsibilities

El practicante de contabilidad en GBS brinda soporte a los procesos financieros globales, asegurando la correcta ejecución de tareas contables bajo estándares internacionales (NIIF/IFRS) y políticas corporativas. Es un rol diseñado para estudiantes o recién egresados que buscan experiencia práctica en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.

Responsabilidades Clave

•  Registro y conciliación de transacciones financieras en sistemas ERP.

•  Apoyo en cierre contable mensual y preparación de reportes básicos.

•  Conciliación de cuentas bancarias y análisis de variaciones.

•  Soporte en intercompañías.

•  Participación en auditorías internas y externas.

•  Colaboración en proyectos de automatización y mejora de procesos (GBS impulsa digitalización).

•  Cumplimiento de controles internos y políticas globales.

Qualifications and skills

Calificaciones Académicas

  • Estudiante activo de 7° o 8° semestre de la Carrera en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o afín.
  • Cursos adicionales en NIIF, Excel avanzado.
  • Experiencia previa en prácticas (preferentemente).

Horarios De 8 a 2 pm

 

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Conocimiento básico de principios contables (NIC/NIIF).
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel y familiaridad con software contable (SAP).
  • Atención al detalle, precisión numérica y capacidad analítica.
  • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
  • Inglés intermedio (GBS opera en entornos globales).
  • Proactividad y disposición para aprender.
  • Área en la que va a laborar Finanzas
