Job Purpose
As a People Services Intern, you will support the APAC People Services team in delivering high-quality HR operations and employee lifecycle services. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes, systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), and regional service delivery models. You’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain insights into compliance, data management, and employee experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing employee data changes in Workday and ServiceNow, including personal details, organizational movements, and documentation validation
- Support the resolution of employee queries and service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Participate in HR operations projects such as process mapping, service catalogue updates, and compliance tracking
- Help prepare communication materials and training guides for new HR processes and systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Attend team meetings and shadow People Services Specialists to understand end-to-end service delivery.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this internship, you will be able to:
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, including processing employee lifecycle transactions and maintaining data accuracy.
- Strengthen problem-solving and communication skills through managing and resolving employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Apply knowledge of HR operations by participating in process mapping, service catalogue updates, and compliance tracking across the APAC region.
- Develop strong documentation and communication abilities by creating HR training guides, process documents, and employee communication materials.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose practical solutions, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the People Services function.
Why You?
We are looking for students who have these business skills & competencies:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, documentation, and presentations
- Capable of accurate data input and peer reviews aligned with the Quality Framework
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication, collaboration, and learning
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, HR colleagues, and stakeholders via email, chat, and live interactions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Shows initiative in learning new systems, processes, and HR practices
- Handles sensitive employee data and HR cases with discretion and professionalism.
- Able to commit to a minimum 4 - 6-month internship duration
