Interpath offers an Off-Cycle / Graduate Internship opportunity within its Madrid team, aimed at motivated individuals looking to gain valuable experience in financial advisory and restructuring within a dynamic and supportive environment. Interpath is an established global financial advisory firm, providing expert insolvency and restructuring advice across a wide range of sectors.

As an Off-Cycle Intern Analyst, you will work closely with experienced professionals, supporting a variety of engagements including financial analysis, report preparation, client interaction, and data gathering. The role offers hands-on exposure to live projects, enabling you to build commercial awareness and develop key professional skills relevant to the restructuring and advisory industry.

This internship reflects a common pathway in Spain for recent graduates following their bachelor’s degree, offering a flexible opportunity to gain practical experience outside the traditional internship cycle. You will also be supported by a dedicated mentor, who will provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the programme.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial analyses, presentations, and reports for ongoing projects.
• Support the team with research and data collection tasks.
• Participate in meetings and help summarise key points and action items.
• Engage with various stakeholders and contribute to client-related tasks under supervision.

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated interest in consultancy and financial services through academic or extracurricular activities.
