About the Role

Wat kan je bijleren met deze stage?

Samen met de NMBS-interventiecoördinator sta je in voor de afhandeling van spoorwegincidenten en -ongevallen waarbij de integriteit van het bedrijf of de reizigers in het gedrang komt.

Welke taken zal je uitvoeren?

Het informeren en bevoorraden van gestrande reizigers.
Het bevorderen van gestrande reizigers met een alternatieve trein of andere vervoersmodi.
De multidisciplinaire samenwerking met de andere NMBS-diensten en externe partners zoals de infrastructuurbeheerder en de hulpdiensten.
