Program Eligibility: 

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree   
  • Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028   
  • Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing or transportation accommodations) 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.) 
  • Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

2026 Summer Internship Program Dates: June 8 - August 14, 2026 

CCMG: Publishing Administration (Onsite: TN) 

How You’ll CREATE: 

The Publishing Administration team supports clients by registering songs to CCMG databases and royalty sources, processing new works, researching claims, resolving conflicts, and tracking cut songs. Once songs are registered, the team is also responsible for licensing and pitching CCMG songs to music supervisors and licensees. As songs exist in the marketplace, it is our responsibility to analyze royalties earned to ensure writers and artists are correctly paid for what they have earned. We also work closely with other teams at CCMG, including Publishing Creative, A&R, Finance, Business Affairs, and Royalties. 

  • Day-to-day operations
  • Catalog audits
  • Tracking metadata for new releases
  • General data entry 
  • Assist the team and learn about contracts, royalty sources, sync licensing, copyright, catalog management, etc. 
  • The intern will be expected to work on individual projects as well as team-based ones, depending on client needs.   

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Excel a plus 
  • Publishing/Copyright experience a plus 
  • Interest in a data-oriented role

CCMG: Royalties (Onsite: TN) 

How You’ll CREATE: 

The royalty accounting team exists to ensure timely and accurate payments to our partners. The day-to-day functions involve aggregating and validating high-volume sales and usage data, followed by applying contractual terms within specialized systems to accurately calculate royalty expenses.​

  • Data Entry and Cleanup: Review and match songs in our royalty system to process incoming money. 
  • Royalty Statement Preparation: Pull and reconcile royalty statement detail. Upload royalty statements to the portal. Mailing royalty portal information. 
  • Inquiry Support: Assist with researching and answering royalty help line questions.
  • Metadata Audits: Review and correct song Metadata for accurate royalty splits.  

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Basic accounting knowledge 
  • Fundamental mathematical proficiency 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 

CCMG: Creative Publishing & Worship Together (Onsite: TN) 

How You’ll CREATE: 

  • Event and writing camp planning  
  • Management of writers calendars  
  • Song delivery and playlisting  

Graphic Design + Visual Content  

  • Design digital assets for social media, web, and email (Instagram posts, reels covers, thumbnails, YouTube headers, etc.)  
  • Assist in creating series or campaign visuals (conference branding, song promos, etc.)  
  • Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to design layouts, mockups, and marketing materials.  
  • Support merchandise design and visual concepts for apparel, giveaways, and conference resources.  

   

Presentation & Deck Building  

  • Build and format Keynote presentations for internal team use, artist meetings, conferences, and label updates.  
  • Source and organize imagery, content flow, and visuals that align with Worship Together brand voice.  
  • Collaborate on brainstorming and concepting decks for new projects, artist rollouts, or creative campaigns.  

Video & Motion Graphics Support  

  • Assist with simple motion graphics or title treatments using After Effects or Canva motion tools 
  • Support video shoot planning with mood boards, location research, and previsualization materials. 
  • Help prepare assets and coordinate file organization for post-production editing.  

 Creative Development & Research  

  • Participate in brainstorm sessions for new content formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).  
  • Research industry trends, creative campaigns from other worship and mainstream brands, and emerging design styles.  
  • Help create mood boards and visual references for branding, events, or artist partnerships.  

   

Administrative & Asset Management  

  • Help manage and organize creative project files in Google Drive, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other team platforms.  
  • Tag and archive past shoots and design assets for easy team access.  
  • Support in setting up file delivery to external collaborators, designers, or artists.  

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • Adaptability in creative process: Comfortable adjusting concepts and direction based on feedback, understanding that creativity is an evolving journey. 
  • Strong visual and written communication: Ability to express ideas clearly and creatively through visuals, copy, and presentations that resonate with our audience. 

CCMG: Creative Services (Onsite: TN) 

How You’ll CREATE: 

The creative department serves the label, the roster and the related managers. We are responsible for the visual side of all releases, ranging from album artwork & official music videos to promotional social graphics.

Intern would support creative department. Pending experience, tasks will range from PA shoots, create social graphics, edit social cut downs, assist in creating POs for shoots, etc.

CCMG: Digital Marketing (Onsite: TN) 

How You’ll CREATE: 

Under the Capitol Music Group umbrella of UMG, Capitol Christian Music Group is the market leader in the field of recorded music, distribution, and music publishing. Employing over 150 people, Capitol CMG provides a challenging and rewarding work environment characterized by a commitment to our staff, our artists and songwriters, one another, our customers and community service.

This role is tasked with providing day-to-day support to the wider digital marketing department in all efforts to support label artists, music releases, and creator/influencer campaigns. This role will work closely with the members of the digital marketing team within the Capitol CMG label group daily.

This role maximizes digital marketing efforts across social media, metadata, websites, and more to drive digital engagement, growth, and sales for Capitol CMG artist and label brands, while also building fan communities and curating meaningful long-term artist to fan relationships and connections.

  • Provide on-going support to digital marketing department
  • Keep up to date on all upcoming releases, campaigns, and content
  • Coordinate posting for all label social media channels and interact daily on socials to drive increased fan engagement, activity, and follower growth
  • Coordinate curation of weekly label newsletter sends including all artist music and video releases
  • Support social management and content creation of artist fan accounts
  • Create YouTube Descriptions weekly for all artist releases
  • Manage YouTube Shorts post syndication for label artists with supervisor approval
  • Update label YouTube Channel playlists prioritizing new releases
  • Manage LinkFire updates and optimizations for label socials and artist release weekly
  • Track artist fan account social growth weekly
  • Track artist social growth for label roster and label accounts monthly
  • Research, identify and report viral social and digital trends to equip label and artist teams with
  • content ideas that drive engagement, brand awareness, fan acquisition, and music consumption
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to provide on-going support to digital marketing department
  • in developing and executing global artist campaigns

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience with social media management and short form content creation

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) and iMovie a plus
