Duration: Paid, 12-week internship starting in May, 40 hours/week

Job Description: The Marketing Internship offers an immersive experience within a dynamic work setting. You’ll collaborate closely with seasoned professionals and mentors, engaging in impactful projects such as market analysis, content creation, branding, assisting our sales team with marketing requests, and social media outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Work with our executive leadership team to update all marketing collateral
• Conduct a competitive analysis of websites, social media, brochures, etc. and identify areas of improvement for Mersino
• Create exciting content to use on social media and our website to attract top talent and prospective customers
• Develop a reference document that outlines steps that need to be taken in order to promote new branch openings
• Assist our sales team with marketing requests as needed
• At the end of the internship, you’ll present your contributions to the company’s C-Suite members

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with social media posting/content creation
• Experience with Adobe software primarily InDesign and Photoshop
• Previous internship experience is a plus
