Gain Real-World Hotel Experience

Are you a college student looking to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while earning summer income and potential academic credit?

Our hotel is offering a Summer Hospitality Operations Internship designed to give students a behind-the-scenes look at how a hotel operates. This internship provides exposure to multiple departments and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to learn the full scope of hotel operations while building valuable experience for your future career.


What You’ll Learn

Interns will rotate through several hotel departments, gaining practical experience in areas such as:

Front Desk Operations

  • Guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Customer service and guest engagement
  • Reservation systems and daily hotel operations

Housekeeping

  • Room preparation and quality standards
  • Hotel cleanliness and operational efficiency
  • Coordination between departments to support guest satisfaction

Food & Beverage

  • Restaurant and banquet service support
  • Guest interaction and hospitality service standards
  • Understanding restaurant operations within a hotel environment

Through this internship, students will gain a holistic understanding of how hotel departments work together to create exceptional guest experiences.



Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • Current college students (hospitality, business, tourism, or related fields preferred but not required)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in hospitality, customer service, or hotel management
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Duration: Summer Internship (dates flexible based on academic schedules)
Compensation: Paid at minimum wage
