About the Role:

The Student - Grounds position is designed to provide hands-on experience in maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments across various properties. This role focuses on supporting the groundskeeping team by performing essential tasks that contribute to the aesthetic appeal and safety of the grounds. The successful candidate will learn to operate basic landscaping equipment, assist with planting, mowing, and general upkeep, and gain valuable knowledge about horticulture and grounds maintenance practices. Minimum Qualifications:
