About the Role:

The Student - Grounds position is designed to provide hands-on experience in maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments across various properties. Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student in high school or college.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and maintaining flower beds to ensure a neat and attractive appearance.

• Collect and dispose of debris, leaves, and litter to maintain cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas.
• Support the planting and watering of flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed by the grounds team.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
