 PRIMARY FUNCTION – About the Role

This internship supports the development and refinement of Pitcairn’s Family Engagement Learning Portfolio. The role is research-driven and strategy-focused, offering exposure to learning design, family enterprise, and behavioral insights in a UHNW context. The intern will work closely with senior team members on content organization, curriculum evaluation, and structured research. This is not a client-facing or investment role.

 RESPONSIBILITIES – What You’ll Do

  • Learning Portfolio Analysis: Map existing curriculum, identify gaps and redundancies, and improve alignment across life stages and learning objectives.
  • Curriculum Evaluation: Observe select sessions and provide structured feedback on clarity, engagement, and developmental fit.
  • Research & Resource Development: Source and assess external frameworks and tools; synthesize findings into concise internal summaries.

 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – What We’re Looking For

  • Undergraduate (rising junior/senior preferred).
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, structured insights.
  • Interest in family enterprise, human development, or learning design.

 DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS – Skills & Attributes

Clear and professional communication skills (oral and written). Curious, proactive, and a strong eagerness to learn and contribute. High level of attention to detail and time management. Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace environment.
