1. Identificación del Cargo

Cargo: Practicante de Gestión de Inventario

Área: Mantenimiento / Operaciones

Reporta a: Supervisor de Mantenimiento

Ubicación: Taller de mantenimiento

Modalidad: Práctica profesional

2. Objetivo del Cargo

Apoyar en la implementación y organización del sistema de inventario del taller de mantenimiento, mediante el levantamiento completo de repuestos, insumos, consumibles y materiales, su registro estructurado en formato digital y la optimización de su distribución física.

El practicante deberá estructurar la información en un formulario Excel de manera profesional, utilizando lenguaje técnico para cada ítem, con el objetivo de preparar los datos para su integración en la plataforma de gestión de mantenimiento Fracttal ONE como bodega de repuestos del taller.

3. Funciones y Responsabilidades

3.1 Levantamiento de Inventario

- Realizar el catastro completo de repuestos, insumos, consumibles y materiales del taller.

- Identificar los elementos disponibles en estanterías, bodegas o zonas de almacenamiento.

- Clasificar los repuestos según criterios técnicos.

- Detectar repuestos duplicados u obsoletos.

3.2 Registro de Información

- Registrar cada repuesto en un formulario estructurado en Microsoft Excel.

- Ingresar cantidades, descripciones técnicas, códigos y unidades de medida.

- Utilizar lenguaje técnico estandarizado para los repuestos.

- Mantener consistencia en la nomenclatura y clasificación.

3.3 Integración con Sistema de Gestión

- Preparar la base de datos para su exportación a Fracttal ONE.

- Verificar la consistencia de los datos antes de su carga.

- Apoyar en la creación de la bodega digital de repuestos.

3.4 Organización Física del Inventario

- Analizar el espacio disponible para almacenamiento.

- Proponer una distribución eficiente de repuestos.

- Organizar los materiales según frecuencia de uso, tamaño o criticidad.

4. Resultados Esperados

- Inventario completo de repuestos e insumos.

- Base de datos estructurada en Excel.

- Información preparada para carga en Fracttal ONE.

- Mejora en la organización del almacenamiento.
