Overview

We are seeking a MIT Sloan student to join our Global Supply Chain Strategy team for a summer internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise-level strategy work at the intersection of customer experience, cost, speed, and sustainability.

The intern will work on real, high-impact initiatives that shape how products move from design to customer—globally—and will partner closely with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Product Development, and Commercial teams.

This internship will be tailored to the student’s interests and learning goals, with mentorship from an MIT Sloan LGO alumnus.

What You'll Do

  • Maturing a 2–5 year global, end-to-end Supply Chain strategy focused on improved customer experience, lowest total cost to serve, and reduced environmental impact.
  • Supporting delivery of in-flight, high-visibility strategic initiatives through analysis, business case development, and executive-ready synthesis.
  • Working across Product Development and Supply Chain teams to design and pilot processes that reduce time from product concept to customer delivery.

  • Current MIT Sloan MBA student
  • Strong interest in supply chain strategy, operations, and/oror product-to-market systems
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and synthesizing complex information
  • Strong communication skills and curiosity

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
