We are looking for outstanding technical professional candidates who will graduate in 2027:

• Majoring in polymer chemistry and physics, material science, polymer science, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, applied chemistry, analytical science, computer science, data science, mathematics.
• Passionate in R&D, feel sense of achievement by providing real solutions
• Solid in technical knowledge

Headquartered in China, Dow Asia Pacific R&D is the innovation powerhouse that develops cutting-edge technologies and applications to support business growth across the region. The organization is comprised of three units: Core R&D, Business R&D and Technical Service & Application Development.  

• Analytical Sciences, Core R&D

Focuses on providing analytical solutions that support research & development, technical services and manufacturing throughout the organization.

• Business R&D

Focuses on the research and development of new products within one of our business units. It is the key part of transferring our scientific research into products.

Focuses on client-side application development and technical support for the products of the business unit.
