About the Role

Savills Philippines is the leading full-service real estate solutions provider for local and multinational business locators.

POSITION: ADMIN INTERN


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative support
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute communications and documents
  • Maintain filing systems and update records
  • Handle general office correspondence and inquiries
  • Support office management and organizational procedures
  • Perform data entry, scanning, and electronic filing of documents
  • Update administrative trackers, databases, and records
  • Encode data and ensure admin monitoring tools are up to date
  • File and sort documents in an organized manner
  • Monitor office, technical, pantry, and other consumable supplies
  • Ensure proper recording and tracking of inventory on site
  • Assist in sourcing vendors and coordinating procurement needs
  • Support delivery and coordination of office and consumable supplies
  • Recommend improvements to streamline administrative processes
  • Participate in company activities, trainings, and corporate events
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Practical training/on the-job-training
  • Building Property Management, Business Administration, Office Management, or other related courses.
  • Willing to work on-site.
  • Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
