Job Description

If so, our RED Summer Internship is the perfect opportunity! You'll work alongside experienced professionals, tackle real tasks, and see how things run behind the scenes at our studio. Apply now and take your first step into the world of gamedev.

Daily responsibilities

  • Learn how IT operations and business systems are maintained, supported, and continuously improved in a gamedev environment.
  • Help with the administration and day-to-day support of business applications, including BPMS, Jira Cloud and other low-code tools.
  • Support the team in basic maintenance tasks, including updates, configuration support, documentation, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in preparing business and system analyses for new topics raised by internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in development and testing of newly implemented solutions and improvements.Join regular team meetings and ceremonies such as dailies, weekly syncs, reviews, and planning sessions.

Qualifications

Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student. 
  • You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
  • You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
  • You have a good command of English.

For this role, you should also have:

  • Interest in IT operations, business systems, and application support.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop in the area of business applications and system analysis.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team.

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of Jira or similar tools.
  • ​​​​​​​Basic knowledge of low-code / BPMS platforms.
  • ​​​​​​​Basic knowledge of SQL or databases in general.
  • ​​​​​​​Familiarity with programming or scripting language.
  • ​​​​​​​Previous experience in team-based projects, including university projects.

Additional Information

Working mode

Work mode: office-first — at least 3 days per week from Warsaw office.

The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate, running from July to the end of September, with a gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN. Please note that full availability for the entire duration of the internship is required.
