About the Role

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Du koordinierst Vorstellungsgespräche (Video-Calls, Telefoninterviews und Vor-Ort-Termine) in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Recruitern und Fachbereichen.
  • Candidate Experience: Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für unsere Bewerber bei Terminrückfragen und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich bereits ab der ersten Sekunde gut aufgehoben fühlen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du unterstützt bei der Pflege unseres Bewerbermanagement-Systems (ATS) und hilfst dabei, unsere Scheduling-Workflows noch effizienter zu machen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von kreativem Employer-Branding-Content sowie aktive Entwicklung neuer Social-Media-Formate.
  • Entwicklung eigener Ideen auf Basis aktueller Employer-Branding-Trends und aktive Einbringung in neue Projekte sowie bestehende Maßnahmen.
  • Koordination verschiedener Karriereevents, von digitalen Formaten über Inhouse-Workshops bis hin zu Karrieremessen, inklusive Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung.

 

Qualifikationen

  • Studium: Du studierst BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie, Human Resources oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang, oder hast Dein Studium bereits beendet.
  • Organisationstalent: Du liebst es, zu planen, den Überblick zu behalten und jonglierst mühelos mit verschiedenen Terminkalendern.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist serviceorientiert, freundlich und sicher in der Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und diskret im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du wartest nicht auf Aufgaben, sondern packst proaktiv mit an.
  • Interesse an Employer-Branding-Themen sowie Motivation, das Team bei Projekten aktiv zu unterstützen
  • Gutes Gespür für Sprache, Storytelling und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
  • Hohe Affinität zu Marketing und aktuellen Trends auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok
