As a QA Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in the game industry. You won’t be tied to just one area – instead, you will gain hands-on experience by working with all our specialized QA teams: Narrative QA, Open World QA, Gameplay QA, Art QA , and Tech QA. This internship is designed to give you a 360-degree view of how we ensure the highest quality in our AAA titles.

Daily responsibilities
- Proactively learning and absorbing as much knowledge as possible about our internal processes, tools, and specialized QA methodologies.
- Performing functional and non-functional tests of video games and internal development tools to ensure stability and high quality.
- Collaborating across different QA branches (Narrative, Open World, Gameplay, Art, and Tech) to understand their specific workflows and support ongoing tasks.
- Identifying, reproduction, and detailed reporting of bugs using internal defect management tools.
- Verifying bug fixes and ensuring that game mechanics align with design documentation.
Qualifications
Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student.
- You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
- You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
- You have a good command of English.
For this role, you should also have:
- Basic knowledge of software or video game testing methodologies.
- A true passion for games and a desire to learn the technical "behind-the-scenes" of game development.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine) or bug-tracking software (e.g., Jira).
- Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages.
- Previous experience in beta testing or active participation in modding communities.
Additional Information
Working mode
Work mode: office-first — at least 3 days per week from Warsaw office.
The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate, running from July to the end of September, with a gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN. Please note that full availability for the entire duration of the internship is required.
