Intern, Capital Markets - Commercial (May 2026 onwards, 3-6 months)

We are looking for a motivated and analytically-minded intern to join our Capital Markets team in Singapore. This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial real estate covering investment sales and advisory services. You will work alongside experienced professionals on live transactions while gaining exposure to Singapore's dynamic commercial property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing marketing materials and investment memorandums for commercial properties including office buildings, retail assets, and mixed-use developments
• Build and work on financial models including property valuations, cash flow analyses, and comparable sales assessments
• Conduct market research on commercial real estate trends, occupier demand, capital flows, and investment activities across Singapore and Asia-Pacific
• Support due diligence processes by coordinating with legal, technical, and financial advisors
• Participate in meetings and property tours
• Assist with pitch / marketing documents and other duties that management may reasonably require.
• Update and maintain proprietary databases of market transactions, property information, and investor profiles

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong academic performance with particular strength in financial analysis and quantitative subjects
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling
• PowerPoint and Word skills for creating professional presentations and documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin or other Asian languages is advantageous for engaging with regional stakeholders
• Genuine interest in commercial real estate and capital markets
• Initiative and ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team projects
• Professional maturity with ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Able to commit to a minimum 3-6 month internship period; flexible start dates available to accommodate academic schedules.
