Job Description

  • To coordinate the preparation needed and consolidate monthly Customer Council presentation material with all the respective stake holders  

  • To help with the Customer Experience project management, as well as monitoring the progress of the project.

  • To help in preparing monitoring report

  • Be a part of customer facing projects/programs to guide the customer journey

  • Helping to do daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly report related to Customer Experience

  • Understand existing process and actively involve to support customer excellence

Requirements:

  • Final year student or fresh graduate of Bachelor's degree in any major

  • Understanding basic survey and data analytics

  • Ability to understand data reporting, especially on customer data and link it to customer excellence

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office. Excellent Excel and PPT preparation is a plus.

  • Strong communication and analytical capabilities.

  • Background in insurance, marketing, or business management is a plus.

  • Willing to do Hybrid Working system (WFO and WFH)

  • Commit to do 6 months internship program
