About the Role

About this Position

Become part of our European Consumer Brands Sustainability team and support the development and communication of sustainability initiatives across EU markets. Working in a small and collaborative team, you will take on responsibility early and gain valuable insights into sustainability on a regional level. 

What you´ll do

  • Collaborate with and support Sustainability Managers across EU markets and present your own projects to the community
  • Create engaging sustainability content such as customer facing presentations
  • Prepare communication materials and storytelling assets that help bring our sustainability initiatives to life
  • Work together with agencies on specific sustainability projects
  • Support the development of internal presentations that inform and inspire teams across the organization
  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market monitoring to identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices in sustainability communication
  • Work with sustainability tools to analyse Sustainability KPIs
  • Support the organization of internal Sustainability Events
  • Join regional and global Sustainability meetings to build up Sustainability knowhow

What makes you a good fit

  • Active student of business administration with focus on sustainability; first practical experience is a plus
  • Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English language
  • Good team player with ability to plan work and set priorities
  • Capacity to work in an international environment, self-driven, proactive and goal-oriented personality
  • Analytical skills, reliability and high level of self organization to handle projects independently of advantage
