About the Role

We are looking for a Responsibility Intern at our Amsterdam HQ, 40 hours.
Start: 1st of September 2026, 6 months

What our Responsibility Interns do

  • Contribute to real sustainability work inside a certified B Corp, supporting projects that reduce our environmental impact and improve how we design, source, and manage products across the full value chain
  • Get hands-on experience in ESG and sustainability processes across CO₂ reporting, Life Cycle Assessments, circularity, materials, waste, and social impact, building a strong understanding of how sustainability works in practice
  • Work across the business by partnering with Product, Supply Chain, Buying, and Retail to gather insights and help drive sustainability initiatives forward
  • Be a go-to for Responsibility by supporting internal questions and helping communicate sustainability topics across the business
  • Drive execution day to day by coordinating and supporting Responsibility projects across HQ and stores
  • Improve and follow up by reviewing environmental and social audits and tracking corrective action plans

You have

  • A background in Sustainability, Business, Innovation, Environment, Development Studies or similar, currently studying or recently graduated
  • Strong organisation skills, sharp attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset
  • The ability to take ownership and work independently while staying aligned with the team
  • Fluent English and confidence working in an international, cross-functional environment
  • An interest in sustainability within a retail/fashion context
  • The ability to live in or near Amsterdam during the internship period
