The Position

主要职责


1. 团队协作

• 学习产品和疾病领域的知识，并运用所学知识支持团队工作。

• 对团队运行和内部事务提供支持。

• 主动地与生态圈内外团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合资源，提升团队运行效率。

2. 学科建设

• 协助了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程。

• 协助梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点。

• 协助拜访临床及病理医生，维护客户关系，按时按质的完成相关客户拜访和反馈。

• 协助组织/协调/整合各类疾病领域学术会议，推动建立疾病领域治疗规范。


能力与经验

1. 岗位所需胜任力

• 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

• 良好学习能力

• 正确的思维和行为（使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维）

• 具备相关疾病领域基础知识者优先

• 业务敏锐度高者优先


2. 工作时间按要求

• 2027年应届毕业生

• 每周出勤时间不少于3个工作日

• 医学\药学\生物相关专业

•  既往有销售/市场/医学经验者优先
