Job Description

This IT Product Management internship provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and delivery of digital products that enhance the guest experience and drive business value.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist product managers in defining product requirements.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to support feature development.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Support testing and QA efforts to validate new features and functionality.
  • Support day-to-day tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

  • Previous internship, part-time work, or campus involvement in IT is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is a plus.
  • Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an accredited bachelor’s program—or a recent graduate (within 1 year)—or in a Master's Program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and must be in good academic standing.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Tableau is a bonus
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in product management, technology, and customer-focused

Travel Requirements

  • This position requires flexibility in work location based on business needs. The Intern may be based at the Ocoee Corporate Office or work from one of our Orlando or Kissimmee resort locations and Ocoee Corporate Office.
