\n- You will join the Dutch Team to bring to life our marketing strategy - optimize and localize the best advertisements, deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
- You will identify and structure, together with your team, key challenges and the best action plans to strengthen Emma's brand preference.
- You will develop project plans with an agile and results-oriented approach.
- You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.
- You will be able to work with different marketing channels and assess the impact of your projects.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
- You have collaborative skills and an analytical mindset.
- You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
- You are structured and organized.
- You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels
