ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Creative Production Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Summer Semester to support our Brand Team. This role will report to the Senior Director, Creative Production and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.

This internship will provide unique exposure to the full creative production lifecycle within a luxury fashion brand, gaining hands-on experience supporting shoots across multiple channels.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Shoot Production & Project Support

  • Assist with pre- and post-production for lookbooks, e-commerce, and editorial shoots
  • Support crew outreach and maintain production logs
  • Coordinate and help arrange talent go-sees
  • Assist in setting up style-outs and shoot preparation
  • Build and distribute call sheets
  • Conduct production runs and provide on-set support as needed

Project Management & Administrative Support

    • Help organize and manage project timelines and deliverables
    • Arrange and coordinate pre-shoot kickoff meetings
    • Support asset management, including file organization and upkeep
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining the production closet and supplies
    • Provide general administrative support across the creative and production teams

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for learning, collaboration, and the fashion industry

 

Education/Experience:

  • Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Prior experience in the fashion industry, including previous internships, is highly valued
  • A strong visual eye and interest in fashion imagery and brand storytelling
