Job Description & Summary

A career in our Business Intelligence practice, within Data and Analytics Technology services, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. We focus on a collection of organisational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organisations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. You’ll make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge.

Creating business intelligence from data requires an understanding of the business, the data, and the technology used to store and analyse that data. Using our Rapid Business Intelligence Solutions, data visualisation and integrated reporting dashboards, we can deliver agile, highly interactive reporting and analytics that help our clients to more effectively run their business and understand what business questions can be answered and how to unlock the answers.

Job Description & Summary: A dedicated strategic business unit (SBU), “One Consulting” of PwC India provides advisory services to companies, regulators, government and multilateral agencies. 

 

The Intern will be working for any one of the One Consulting competencies of PwC India.  

As an Intern with PwC India, you will play a key role in the engagement execution. You will be provided with varied responsibilities including client acquisition support, assisting in solution design, contributing to engagement execution as a team member and on-ground client management. We encourage our Interns to participate in senior management meetings during the course of the project delivery. Interns are provided with opportunities to contribute to various thought leadership initiatives. Our Interns are excellent generalists and have a strong ability to work with managers with diverse backgrounds. 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Work along with the team to support a client organization improve its efficiency, growth and profit through accurate data gathering, analysis and recommendations. 

  • Define a problem through consultations with clients and their stakeholders (such as customers, employees, vendors etc.).  

  • Review and analyze information through research and correlation to different reports/use cases. 

  • Support the team in client proposals and presentations Translate conclusions into recommendations and support formation of hypotheses and solutions 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

  • Excellent communications, presentation and analytical skills  

  • Problem solving and strategic planning ability.  

  • Highly motivated self-starter 

  • Ability to innovate, create lasting relationships and work independently with little supervision 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

  • Strong passion for consulting  

  • Prior experience in business development would be a plus
