Product Owner Intern

The Product Owner Intern will support the Product Management team and technology interns by helping organize work, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment across cross functional teams. This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in developing leadership and coordination skills in a collaborative business environment. 

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting initiatives from planning through execution while working closely with multiple stakeholders. 

Responsibilities: 

• Help coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and follow-up actions 
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather input, clarify needs, and track progress 
• Document requirements, decisions, workflows, and action items to ensure shared understanding 
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and updates for team and leadership meetings 
• Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to help keep initiatives on schedule 
• Participate in meetings, contributing thoughtful questions and observations 

What we look for: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, Communications, Operations, or a related field 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or teamwork experience (academic, extracurricular, or work-related) 
• Comfort taking ownership of tasks and following through to completion
