You will be working directly with our team to improve how quality is documented, measured, and executed on the shop floor. We build tight-tolerance, mission-critical components for demanding industries. Quality is not a department here, it is how the business runs. This role is an opportunity to learn that firsthand while contributing to meaningful, operational improvements.
