Our open-ended Real Estate Income and Impact Fund (REIIF) is now over $2.4 billion, backed by a $3.5 billion development pipeline that spans coast to coast.

Forum is also building one of the fastest-growing self-storage platforms in Canada, focused on acquiring, developing, and operating institutional-grade storage facilities in undersupplied urban markets.

  • Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with full-stack frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Interest in data-driven applications or analytics tools
