We’re looking for a Proposal Management Intern to join our S&S Pre-sales Team in Peru.

As a Proposal Management Intern you’ll participate in the development of documents in response to requests. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create content. Aid in the development of model RFPs and proactive proposals.

What you’ll do

  • Provide formatting, editing/proofreading, and writing functions under the direction from a proposal writer/manager
  • Make changes to content in the Proposal database
  • Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
  • Maintain records and files of work and revisions
  • Develop or maintain online help documentation.
