Interns at Bailey Nurseries have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain insight into career paths across our organization. Depending on business needs, internships may be available in areas such as nursery operations, horticulture, marketing, human resources, information technology, inventory, sales, and other support functions.

What an Internship at Bailey Nurseries May Include:

• Gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment
• Supporting day-to-day tasks and seasonal projects within an assigned department
• Learning from mentors, supervisors, and team members across the organization
• Participating in projects that support business operations and team goals
• Building knowledge of the horticulture industry and Bailey Nurseries’ operations
• Developing communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Exploring career interests and strengthening professional experience
