Front Desk and Guest Services Associate

Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk and Guest Services Associate, where your excellent customer service skills and proactive attitude will help create memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience

- Handle to-go orders efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional service

- Collaborate with housekeeping and laundry departments to coordinate room checks, cleaning, and maintenance needs

- Support hostessing duties by seating guests and managing reservations

- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining and common areas

- Utilize property management system (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) software to process reservations, orders, and payments

- Work closely with the housekeeping department to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction

- Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, filling in gaps as needed across various roles

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven excellent customer service and communication skills

- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Sheets

- Working knowledge of reservation software and property management systems (PMS)

- Experience with POS systems for order processing and payments

- Ability to multi-task efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities

- Strong teamwork skills, with the flexibility to support housekeeping, laundry, and food service operations

- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
