About the Role

We are a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy‐out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund‐of‐ Funds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently. 

 
 
Job Overview:
 

We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Intern to join our Corporate IT team. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you will gain real-world experience supporting employees, working with enterprise systems, and collaborating with internal teams and external IT partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-level support for employee IT requests
  • Log and triage support tickets and route them appropriately
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Set up and deploy laptops and equipment
  • Track IT assets and maintain inventory records
  • Coordinate with MSP partners to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support IT projects and process improvements
