We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Intern to join our Corporate IT team. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you will gain real-world experience supporting employees, working with enterprise systems, and collaborating with internal teams and external IT partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level support for employee IT requests
- Log and triage support tickets and route them appropriately
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Set up and deploy laptops and equipment
- Track IT assets and maintain inventory records
- Coordinate with MSP partners to ensure timely issue resolution
- Support IT projects and process improvements
