About the Role
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our Purchasing team. This role offers hands on exposure to purchasing and supply chain operations and is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to build a foundation in procurement, logistics, and cross functional collaboration. 

 

What You Will Do 

As a Purchasing Intern, you will support day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities, including but not limited to: 

  • Assisting with material procurement and supplier coordination 

  • Supporting inventory tracking and control activities 

  • Helping with purchase planning and material availability checks 

  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Operations, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow 

  • Assisting in maintaining and tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) related to purchasing and Vendor delivery performance (OTIF) 

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing material movement and process efficiency 

  • Helping communicate customer needs and requirements across the organization to ensure alignment 

 

What You Will Learn 

  • End-to-end exposure to purchasing processes 

  • How integrated processes work across internal functions and external suppliers 

  • Practical experience with standard procedures, systems, and reporting 

  • How performance is measured and improved in a supply chain environment 

 

What We Are Looking For 

  • Minimum academic requirements: students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field)

  • Commitment to a 3-month, flexible program, minimum 20 hours/week

  • Language requirement: fluent in English

  • Must be eligible to work legally in Poland

  • Basic analytical skills and ability to make simple, well reasoned judgments in straightforward situations 

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset 

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools is an advantage 

  • No prior work experience required — training will be provided
