How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

Dans la cadre de l'intégration d'une nouvelle unité de production Hydrogène dans la Zone Sud d'AIR LIQUIDE FRANCE INDUSTRIE Production Primaire, nous recherchons une/un COORDINATEUR MAINTENANCE en alternance pour deux ans.

Elle/il sera l’interface entre le projet, l'organisation stratégie de maintenance et la gestion de stock / magasin.

C’est un rôle qui nécessite une compréhension technique des sujets maintenance (GMAO, plan de maintenance, arborescence d’usine), mais aussi des compétences organisationnelles de synthèse et de coordination entre diverses entités du groupe.


 

MISSIONS
1. Stratégie de maintenance
Mise en place des contrats de maintenance proximité associés
GMAO Maximo : support (avec la Direction Industrielle) à la création des équipements
Mise en place des plans de maintenance selon nos standards du cluster South West Europe

2. Magasin et pièces de rechange
Mise en place d’un magasin physique  (Installation des racks, boîtes, étiquettes, organisation du magasin), gestion des entrées sorties
Création du nouveau magasin dans le logiciel SAP
Pièces de rechange : identification, et créations (Fiches navette, Gestion des quantités minimums)

3. Etude de criticité des vannes
Création d’un fichier pour la nouvelle usine
Récupération de toutes informations via la documentation et les visites sur site.
Mise à jour via format direction industrielle (profil vanne / compréhension méthode / instrum) pour les EDC à jour
Révision de criticité des vannes
Mode Opératoire pour gérer l’EDC (méthode de remplissage, gestion de la mise à jour, document méthode)
GMAO Maximo : mise à jour des données techniques 

Étude de vulnérabilité (EDV)  -> Coordination avec la partie process (condition process, méthode d’utilisation de l’équipement).

Ingénieur en master 1 génie industriel / maintenance
Compétence en lecture des schéma de procédé, de tuyauterie et d'instrumentation

Notions industrielles autour des sujets de :
