Position Summary:

  • Support Business team in strategic planning, operational planning, business analytics, tracking and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the business

  • Support analytics for Monthly reporting on business performance

  • Support development of technical collateral for targeted growth products and markets

  • Support business line managers for management of funnel, quotes, pricing strategies

Principle Duties: (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Support development and implementation of models to aid business planning and forecasting

  • Develop and analyse trends for Funnel / Quotes/ Orders / Sales / Pricing / Attrition etc.

  • Effectively communicate insights through charts, tables, and other elements for data visualization.

  • Support review of technical specifications for fluid handling products to support quotes to customer

  • Develop technical analysis of products and applications (ours versus competitors).

  • Supports research to inform market trends, competitive analysis, market sizing etc.

  • Supports development and deployment of technical and marketing collaterals

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Preferred:

  • MBA, MS in Business Analysis, MS in Data Science

  • 2 years' experience in industrial equipment manufacturing or industries such as O&G, Refining Power with exposure to process equipment.

  • GPA: Must be above 3.5

Desirable Qualifications / Experience:

  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering concepts with ability to perform flow calculations

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools including but not limited to advanced excel, Powerbi, Sql

  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Power Point and Excel

  • Highly organized, self-starter and detail oriented

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build key relationships

  • Good presentation skills

  • Good analytical skills

  • High energy level combined with a passion for the business.
