About the Role

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location

Corporate Compliance  within Group Compliance is responsible for the overall policy framework for Regulatory Compliance and Market Integrity as well as for providing advice and oversight to support the Allianz Group's prevention of compliance violations in this areas. 

 

The Market Integrity Team within Corporate Compliance is responsible for maintaining the Capital Markets Compliance framework for Allianz Group and provides guidance to Allianz SE and its subsidiaries to facilitates adherence to the respective laws (e.g., EU Market Abuse Regulation). This includes also coordinating Important Shareholding Reporting (ISH) for Allianz Group's substantial holdings in stock exchange listed companies wordwide. The team is responsible for monitoring and filing of ISH-reports in certain jurisdictions. This is done in close cooperation with Allianz Asset Management, AllianzGI and  PIMCO.

 

What you will do as Working Student in Group Compliance Market Integrity (m/f/d) 

 

  • Support the Auditors Independence process, in particular, perform respective checks based on the list of approved audit and non-audit services
  • Perform and support routine Capital Markets Compliance tasks, such as implementation and execution of Personal Account Dealing controls.
  • Supporting any other Corporate Compliance tasks.

 

What you bring as Intern in Working Student in Group Compliance Market Integrity (m/f/d)  

 

  • Enrolled Bachelor or Master Student in Business or Law
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized and structured, determined and results oriented
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
