Our Internship Program is designed to offer students and future professionals the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a real corporate environment, actively participating in projects relevant to the business while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. 

During the internship, participants will have the opportunity to: 

• Develop technical and professional skills aligned with their field of study. 
• Gain practical experience in a structured, ethical environment focused on continuous improvement. 
• Receive guidance and feedback from experienced professionals. 
• Strengthen their professional profile and career projection within the industry. 

 
Major Areas of Accountability:

•Prepare/Analize document related with the quality process. 
•Participation in Kaizen events and Non-conforming events.
•Review/update information related to Root cause analysis documentation and material disposition. •Support with projects related with the Value stream mapping department
•Provide support by making improvements, mapping, and standardizing processes

Essential Requirements:
•Active student in the Industrial Engineer career ( more than 60-70% of the carrer).

•Intermediate English (B1-B2)
•Intermediate-advanced excel skills.
•Basic Power BI skills.
•Quality tools: Root cause analysis, Ishikawa chart, 5 Why’s tool.
•Soft Skills Required but not limited: Attention to detail, Organized individual, Analytical mindset, Proactive attitude, Self-motivated 

Documents Required: 
Letter or document that supports that you are an active student of the institution. Current INS policy
