At PwC, our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems. As an intern in our Corporate Tax – TICE team, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting tax advisory and compliance work for clients in the Technology, Information, Communications, and Entertainment (TICEE) sectors.
This internship provides exposure to real‑world tax issues faced by fast‑moving, innovation‑driven businesses, allowing you to learn from experienced professionals while developing a strong foundation in corporate taxation.
About the TICEE Tax Team
PwC’s TICEE Corporate Tax team advises local and multinational clients across:
Technology & digital platforms
Telecommunications & communications services
Software & IT services
Media, content, gaming & entertainment
Responsibilities
As an intern, you will support the team in:
Assisting with corporate tax compliance work, including preparation of tax computations and schedules
Supporting the preparation of tax returns, filings, and submissions
Conducting tax research on Malaysian tax legislation, guidelines, and case law relevant to TICE clients
Assisting in analysing financial data for tax purposes
Supporting tax advisory projects, including incentives, restructuring, and transfer pricing‑related work (where applicable)
Preparing working papers and assisting with documentation and administrative matters
Liaising with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work
