Objective

  • To provide hands-on exposure to IT operations, infrastructure, and support services, while assisting the IT team in delivering efficient technology services to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day IT support and helpdesk operations.
  • Set up and configure laptops/desktops for new joiners.
  • Maintain asset inventory and update documentation.
  • Support troubleshooting for hardware/software/network issues.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
  • Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades or migration projects.
  • Provide user training or create user guides where needed.

Key Driving Objectives

  • IT Support End User Service Management for SEA and North Asia following the lead guidance
  • Provide first-level ITSM support and assist with the IT Service Delivery Lead in the preparation of weekly management reports.
  • Facilitate the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Project Microsoft 365 (M365).
  • Support Project Asset management, AI Self Service implementation and operations.

Learning Opportunities

  • Exposure to a real-world enterprise IT environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine).
  • Basic knowledge of system administration (Windows, Active Directory).
  • Understanding ITIL processes and incident/change management.
  • Gain communication skills in a professional workplace.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
