Job Description:
Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Canadian Personal Banking (CPB) provides a comprehensive suite of deposit, saving, payment and lending products and advice through a network of 1,062 branches, 3,438 automated teller machines (ATM), mobile specialized salesforce, and telephone, mobile and internet banking services. CPB is comprised of the following line of businesses:
Chief Operating Officer (COO) mandate is focused on building and executing innovative strategies for CPB partners that lead to new and deeper customer relationships, new revenue streams, improved colleague and customer experience, and greater productivity overall. The team is comprised of subject matter experts in diverse disciplines across strategy, finance, operations, risk management, regulatory governance, business architecture, change, communications, event planning, talent management, multi-media and more.
Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) & Specialized Sales Force (SSF) help Canadians achieve their homeownership financial goals throughout the entire customer journey with Mortgages and TD Home Equity FlexLines.
Canadian Card Payments, Loyalty & Personal Lending (CCPL&PL) is responsible for Credit Card and Personal Lending Banking Products that meet the unsecured borrowing needs of Canadians while enhancing TD's loyalty offerings and partnerships that improve the value propositions for our customers.
Everyday Savings & Investing (ES&I) is responsible for the day-to-day banking products (Chequing domestic and cross-border banking, Overdraft Protection, Savings, GICs and Mutual Fund products) that meet the everyday banking savings and investing needs of Canadians
Branch Banking Delivery Excellence (BBDE) is responsible for building customer and colleague confidence by supporting approximately 18,000 Branch Banking colleagues in TD's more than 1,100 branches across Canada.
Digital Transformation & Strategy focuses on driving CPB's digital strategy in partnership with our business leaders, journey owners and enterprise stakeholders, including Platforms and Technology and Transformation, Enablement and Customer Experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supporting Leaders within the Digital Transformation & Strategy team
TD’s CPB Digital team plays a key role in shaping the future of digital banking for millions of Canadians. We support the bank’s transformation by bringing strategy, performance, and delivery teams under one roof to drive impact and innovation. Together, our goal is to create a connected digital experience that simplifies our customers’ lives while helping our internal partners move with speed and clarity.
We are looking for curious, creative, and driven candidates to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside subject matter experts and digital leaders on projects that span research, strategy, analytics, product, and innovation.
The Analyst will support the Senior Managers within Digital Transformation & Strategy in driving cohesive business strategies that support TD's Digital Shopping, Buying and Onboarding strategy.
Specifically, key responsibilities will include:
Support the development and ongoing optimization of digital strategies across priority client journeys, including TD public site, tools and digital account opening.
Contributes to the evolution of digital tools and capabilities by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client experience.
Support in compiling competitive market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor capabilities.
Monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion, engagement, dropoff) to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
Conduct postlaunch and retrospective analyses to evaluate the impact of digital initiatives against business objectives and original assumptions.
Partner with cross functional teams to support the delivery and implementation of digital enhancements, ensuring performance is measured and insights actioned in a timely manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related fields
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics
Clear writing, visual storytelling, and presentation abilities
Strategic mindset with an interest in digital customer journeys
Ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
Curiosity about global tech and financial trends
Attention to detail and an ability to deliver within tight timelines
Demonstrated discretion and exercises appropriate risk-based judgement
Enjoy working in a collaborative team and questioning how we can do better
