JOB DESCRIPTION
TD’s CPB Digital team plays a key role in shaping the future of digital banking for millions of Canadians. We support the bank’s transformation by bringing strategy, performance, and delivery teams under one roof to drive impact and innovation. Together, our goal is to create a connected digital experience that simplifies our customers’ lives while helping our internal partners move with speed and clarity.
We are looking for curious, creative, and driven candidates to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside subject matter experts and digital leaders on projects that span research, strategy, analytics, product, and innovation.
As a co-op/intern on the CPB Digital Servicing team, you will:
Contribute to key deliverables across the team—whether that’s competitive intelligence, roadmap building, digital performance analytics, or transformation delivery
Conduct targeted research on customer experiences, industry trends, and digital innovations to support team priorities
Prepare and support leadership materials, data-driven insights, and presentations for senior stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across business lines, platforms, and product teams
Gain exposure to real-time decision making in digital strategy, transformation, performance, and product delivery
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Enrolled in an undergraduate degree OR master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Innovation & Technology, Business, Commerce, Risk, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics
Clear writing, visual storytelling, and presentation abilities
Strategic mindset with an interest in digital customer journeys
Ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
Curiosity about global tech and financial trends
Comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to find solutions
Technically savvy, and energized by working on diverse problems
Enjoy working in a collaborative team and questioning how we can do better
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position is a 4-month work term and will commence September 8th – December 18th, 2026.
