About the Role

In the AMER use this job if is a long-term assignment, typically if the assignment will extend after the summer or fall months of May, June, July, August and September. Use this job if the work is considered "indirect labor" includes employees who support direct labor and the overall enterprise. Job family group may include but not be limited to Engineering, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, Accounting/Finance etc.
In EMEA use this code if student is going to school and working on project/research (writing a thesis). Use this job if is a long-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
· Assist customers with order status, product questions, returns, and general troubleshooting.
· Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
· Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
· Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.

 

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
· A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
