About the Role

• Contrôler la donnée RH dans cette période de transition (changement d’organisations, de centres de couts, de job family…) via l’outil data shaker / rapport adhoc. S’assurer de la prise en charge des corrections par les équipes concernées. 

• Accompagner le HR Controller dans la préparation des éléments de clôtures mensuelles à passer en comptabilité • Participer à l’élaboration des Rolling Forecast (RF07 et RF10) en mettant à jour les organisations dans l’outil Adaptive 

• Contribuer aux nouvelles façons de travailler dans le nouveau schéma de gouvernance (French GI vs. BU Gold)
