Your role:

  • Run analysis to monitor internal and external performance: sell-in, sell-out, market evolution and market share, stock-in-trade, profitability.
  • Own Sales Fundamentals: distribution, in-store availability, Share of Shelf, Share of Secondary placement.
  • Secure a successful launch for NPI via regular tracking of launch KPIs (scorecard).
  • Optimize promo strategy: build promo calendar on a quarterly basis, plan Super Peak moments and define corrective actions to close the gaps/make the green greener.
  • Optimize extra display strategy: build extra display calendar on a quarterly basis and define corrective actions to close the gaps/make the green greener.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or related field.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Being proactive, independent, and collaborative with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.

Note: This internship may provide opportunities to transition into our sales team; therefore, a candidate's interest in the sales field would be advantageous.
