Safety & Compliance Student

We are currently recruiting an energetic, results-focused post-secondary student to join our team! As the Safety & Compliance Student, you will be responsible to monitor and maintain Driver and independent contractor compliance records to meet DOT and federal requirements.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Aiding with Driver questions relating to E-logs and satellite devices

• Complete random and cause log audits

• Collection and data entry of part time driver logs

• Driver Check Program – document and creating follow ups for our Safety councilors or third-party carriers.

• Participation in other projects and activities as necessary to the position and as assigned by the Senior Manager, Safety

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education in a related field.

• Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Efficient record keeping ability.

• Receptive in multi-task environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent organization skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

Full‑time summer availability is required. Must be able to work 8‑hour daytime shifts on Sundays and Mondays. The role continues part‑time during the school year, with Sunday availability required.
