About the Role

Job Description

Objetivos

  • Proporcionar entrenamiento financiero y logístico en el rubro de Investigación Clínica e Industria Farmacéutica

  • Desarrollo de comportamientos de liderazgo, relaciones interpersonales, análisis y monitoreo e identificación de riesgos.

Responsabilidades

  • Elaboración de contratos y presupuestos para proyectos de Investigación Clínica

  • Soporte administrativo y control de pagos a Centros de Investigación, Investigadores y Proveedores

  • Coordinación y seguimiento con proveedores e investigadores locales (ej laboratorios, centros de imágenes, farmacias, couriers, etc.)

  • Brindar reportes periódicos e identificar riesgos oportunamente

  • Manejo de la documentación financiera

  • Participar activamente en las iniciativas y/o proyectos de mejora de procesos financieros y logísticos.

Requerimientos

  • Cursando de 7mo a 1mo en Administración, ingeniería Industrial, Contabilidad o afines

  • Trabajo bajo presión y sentido de urgencia en el cumplimiento de los requerimientos iniciales para la ejecución de un Proyecto de Investigación Clínica

  • Respuesta oportuna y consistente sobre el estado financiero y logístico de los Proyectos de Investigación Clínica

  • Experiencia previa no es indispensable pero deseable en SAP, Presupuestos y manejo de proveedores.

  • Ingles, Ofimatica y TIC's
